Return Policy
We want you to love your Greenify With Brad goodies, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
What Can Be Returned?
Plant Kits: To keep things fresh, all items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. We can’t accept returns on opened soil bags, unsealed products (ex. plant food), custom orders (ex. pots, plant tags, etc.), or used items.
Planters & Accessories: Must be unused and in their original condition. If it’s already home to a plant, it’s yours to keep! 😉
3D Printed Products: Each piece is uniquely made, so minor layer lines or surface variations are part of the process. If something arrives with a major defect (like a crack or misprint), let us know, and we’ll make it right.
How to Return
Email info@greenifywithbrad.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Damages
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (minus the original shipping cost).
If your order arrives damaged (beyond normal 3D printing quirks), email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll sort it out.
