Returns

I want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Custom or personalized items (including custom tags) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale items are final sale.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A quick photo of the issue

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
