Most of what we create (planters, plant kits, and accessories) is made with sustainability in mind. Our 3D printed products use PLA, a plant-based material derived from corn and other renewable resources, making them a more eco-conscious choice than traditional plastic. While PLA isn’t perfect, it’s a step toward reducing reliance on petroleum based materials. Plus, 3D printing allows for small batch production, meaning less overproduction and a more intentional approach to making products.

3D printing itself is an efficient process, using only the material needed to build each piece layer by layer. Unlike mass manufacturing, there’s no need for molds or large scale production runs, which helps cut down on waste and unnecessary energy use. While there’s always a bit of printer “poop” along the way, we do our best to minimize waste and keep the process as sustainable as possible.
